锡偶联型溶聚丁苯橡胶的流变性能

摘    要:研究了锡偶联型溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)生胶及其混炼胶的流变性能。并与乳聚丁苯橡胶(ESBR)作了对比。结果表明,锡偶联型SSBR生胶及混炼胶均属切力变稀的假塑性流体,混炼胶对剪切速率和温度的敏感性比生胶强。SSBR混炼胶对剪切速度的敏感性比ESBR混炼胶的强。挤出胀大效应表明锡偶联型SSBR混炼胶的弛豫速度比ESBR混炼胶的快,挤出胀大小,加工性能优于ESBR。

Abstract:The rheological properties of Sn-coupled SSBR raw and compound were studied and compared with ESBR. The result showed that both the raw and compound of Sn-coupled SSBR were pseudo-plastic fluid with shear stress, Sn-coupled SSBR compound was more sensible to shear rate and temperature than Sn-coupled SSBR raw,and was more sensible to shear rate than ESBR. Die swell of extrudate indicated that the relaxation rate of Sn-coupled SSBR compound was faster and the die swell was less obvious than that of ESBR.
