摘    要:以硬质合金带锯条背材RM80为研究对象,采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)对金相检测,采用硬度检测仪来检测硬度,通过空转疲劳试验和高速切铜来验证背部的疲劳寿命。结果表明:在高速切削时,硬质合金双金属带锯条背材RM80采用高温短时间淬火最佳,淬火温度范围为1150~1160℃ ,碳化物溶解充分,并且马氏体组织均匀较细;回火最佳温度为640℃左右,组织为回火索氏体。通过高速切削实验,RM80背材的疲劳性能提升约30%。

Abstract:RM80 steel is the research object of this paper, used for the base metal of carbide band saw blade. The metallographic phase was observed by the metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope were used to observe ; The hardness testing was observed by the hardness tester; Hie flatigue life was verified by the idling fatigue test and high-speed cutting of copper. Hie results show that the quenching at high temperature for shorting time is the best process for RM80 steel during high-speed cutting;the best quenching temperature range is from 1150 ℃ to 1160 ℃, the material with the carbide fully dissolved and even small martensite ;the best tempering temperature is 640 ℃, the metallographic phase of the material is tempering sorbite. Through high-speed cutting experiments, the fatigue performance of the back material of steel RM80 increased by about 30%.
