送教上门教学管理系统的设计与实现

受教育权是每个人的基本权利,教育部门应及时为残疾程度过重,无法到校就读的学龄儿童提供送教上门服务,从而保障残疾学生的受教育权,避免残疾儿童错过最佳发展时机。本文梳理了特殊教育学校开展送教管理的实际需求,给出了送教管理系统的设计方案和系统实现方法,为学校更好的开展送教上门工作提供了技术解决方案。

Design and Implementation of Home Instruction Management System

Education is the basic right of everyone. The education department should timely provide home instrution services for school-age children who are too disabled to attend school, so as to protect the right to education of disabled students and avoid them missing the best opportunity for development. This paper combs the actual needs of special education schools to management home instrution work, gives the design scheme and system implementation of the education management system, and provides a technical solution for the schools to provide better home instrution service.
