| 摘 要： | 以璐彩特美国德州工厂的氢气闪爆案为例,从理论研究到历史氢爆案例研究,分析了常规硫酸工厂在日常运行和开停车期间存在的氢气闪爆风险,并以璐彩特(中国)工厂为实例进行具体的风险研究,讨论可能的改进行动项,以便对一般硫酸工厂的安全生产提供指导。

| Abstract: | Taking the case of the hydrogen explosive incident which happened in Lucite Beaumont site in Texas,USA,the risk of hydrogen flash explosion in the normal sulphuric acid plant during daily operation and startup and shutdown are analyzed from theoretical research to historical hydrogen explosion case study,and taking the case of Lucite(China)plant as an example to specific risks study is carried out and the possible improvement action items is discussed,so as to provide guidance for the safety production of general sulphuric acid plants. |
