国润铜业铜冶炼烟气制酸系统发展回顾与展望

Review and prospect of the development of the sulphuric acid system from copper smelting flue gas in Guorun Copper Industry

The development process of the sulphuric acid system from the copper smelting flue gas of Yantai Guorun Copper Co.,Ltd.in the past 25 years is reviewed,and the transformation and update of the sulphuric acid process and equipment from the copper smelting flue gas is introduced.The sulphuric acid production capacity is increased from 60 kt/a to 370 kt/a,the total conversion rate of SO2 is increased from 92.00%to over 99.90%,and theρ(SO2)of emission is reduced from about 1 g/m^3 to below 30 mg/m^3.The design capacity of the newly built sulphuric acid production unit to be relocated will reach 850 kt/a,and the production scale and equipment level of sulphuric acid production will step to a new level in the company.
