基于PLC的机械手控制系统设计

摘    要:在对两工作台间的工件搬移机械手结构进行分析的基础上,重点介绍了基于PLC的机械手控制系统的组成,详细叙述了对机械手进行控制软、硬件的实现方法。该系统采用开环点位控制,操作者仅需一次手动操作,即能完成自动程序的点位编程,机械手可以自动完成与手动操作相同的动作,从而实现远程控制、高柔性的工件搬移。

Abstract:The composition of the manipulator is analyzed,it moves work-pieces between two work-tables;introduces the PLC-based control system of the manipulator,and described in detail,the hardware and software design are realized.This system uses open-loop positioning control.The operator only manually operates mechanical hand movement from the point of reference points to the purpose one time,the manipulator can automatically operate in the same way.So long-distance control and flexible work-pieces moving have been realized.
