| 摘 要： | 介绍了TRIZ发明原理解决设计冲突问题的基本方法;阐述了液体物料灌装机横向密封的主要过程,分析了生产率瓶颈的主要原因.利用TRIZ发明原理对液体物料灌装机横向密封的瓶颈问题进行了研究.提出了提高灌装机的生产率和经济效益的创新性方法.

| Abstract: | Introduce the TRIZ invention principle, simplicity, and the basis techniques to solving designing conflict. Analysis the reasons for the bottleneck of productivity on transverse sealing of package box in liquid objects filling machine. Using TRIZ study the bottleneck problem and given the innovation ways to rise the economic benefit and the productivity offiUing machine. |
