铝、镁合金微弧氧化技术研究现状和产业化前景

摘    要:概述了铝、镁合金微弧氧化处理的研究现状,探讨了微弧氧化陶瓷层的形成机理。根据铝、镁合金的应用背景,采用对比试验法,研究了镁合金微弧氧化处理的耐蚀性和铝合金微弧氧化处理的耐磨性。结合近3年微弧氧化技术的产业化应用效果,举例分析了该技术的适用领域和运行效益。

Abstract:The study situation of micro arc oxidation on aluminum and magnesium alloys was summarized and the growth mechanism of micro arc oxidation coatings was researched.Based on the application background of aluminum and magnesium alloys,the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloys and wear resistance of aluminum alloys with micro arc oxidation by contrast test were studied.Given the industrial application effects of micro arc oxidation technology in latest three years,the application fields and operation benefits of the technology were analyzed through case studies.
