基于PIC的智能异步电机软启动器研究

介绍了一种以PIC18sF4550单片机为控制核心的三相异步电动机软起动器，分析了该系统的工作原理、功能及应用场合。本软起动器优化了传统的限流软起动，电压斜坡软起动，并为降低泵类负载起动和停止时造成的水锤和管路振动现象，设计增加了转矩闭环控制软起动方式。增设了多功能上位机远程监控系统，具有显示现场运行状态等功能，实现了智能化监控。
