摘    要:部分可扩展线阵是智能天线中一种有效扩展孔径的线性阵列,但由于此类阵列结构的特殊性,需要对其输出采用预处理后才能应用通用的信号空间定向方法.基于移动通信系统中业已成熟应用的功率控制技术,结合阵列输出的高阶统计量,提出了一种新的预处理方法,该法简单、快捷,虽然性能稍逊一些,但仍然能有效地实现信号空间定向,具有较强的实用价值.

Abstract:Smart antenna is the key technology of TD-SCDMA,which is one of standards in the third generation mobile communication system.For its great potentialities of increasing the capacity of communication network,smart antenna can be widely applied in the future wireless communication as core technology.Partially augmentable linear array is one kind of smart antenna with effectively augmented aperture.However,due to the array's special configuration,pre-processing is needed for the array before applying conventional DOA estimation method.The present pre-processing of CP-ME is complicated with large computation cost.In this paper,by making use of array output's high-order statistics, a new pre-processing of FOM-PC is proposed based on power control technology which has been applied successfully in mobile communication system.Compared to CP-ME,FOM-PC is simpler and faster with only a little lower resolution in DOA estimation,thus it is effective and applicable for the real system.
