| 摘 要： | 近年来,餐饮业中出现的食品卫生安全问题日益突出,引起全社会的广泛关注。餐饮企业急切需要餐饮食品安全的专业人才,为企业建立食品安全管理制度,对餐饮生产的各个环节进行管理、检查和监督,最终保障消费者的身体健康。
