摘    要:Ni-P化学镀层在石化换热器得到较多的工业应用,其效果有好有坏。本文从换热器管程与壳程的施镀工艺入手,分析了Ni-P化学镀层质量与耐蚀性的关系,包括镀层厚度、针孔、粗糙度、磷含量、结合力、均匀度等,并为提高换热器Ni-P化学镀层耐蚀性提出了对策。
