| 摘 要： | 研制了一种新型水溶性高分子基钢铁防锈剂。通过对水基钢铁防锈剂各种组分的选择发现:将聚乙烯醇与聚乙二醇两种高分子复配使用时成膜效果最好,所制防锈剂防锈效果最佳。在水基防锈剂中加入水溶性高分子成膜剂和防锈添加剂DC11P替代亚硝酸钠后,其防锈性能显著提高。

| Abstract: | A new antirusting agent with water-soluble polymer for steels was studied.The rust-proof characteristic and film-forming ability of this aqueous antirusting agent has been improved by adding polyvinyl alcohol and polyethylene glycol.The water-soluble polymer and rust-proof additive DC11P could replace sodium nitrite and make the rust-proof property improved. |
