摘    要:用失重法、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)及X射线衍射(XRD)等方法,就H2S分压对SM80SS特级抗硫套管钢在CO2/H2S共存条件下的腐蚀行为的影响进行了试验研究。结果表明:在试验条件下,低PH2S时,以CO2腐蚀为主,腐蚀产物膜由FeS0.9和FeCO3组成,腐蚀产物膜颗粒细小、致密,平均腐蚀速率较低;随着PH2S的增大,反应逐渐变为以H2S为主,FeS0.9逐渐转变为FeS,腐蚀产物膜颗粒粗大、疏松,随后又变得细小、致密,腐蚀速率呈现先增大后逐渐减小的趋势;高PH2S时,FeS的生成较大程度阻碍了FeCO3的生成。腐蚀产物有较好的局部腐蚀阻碍作用,腐蚀形式均为均匀腐蚀。

Abstract:Corrosion behavior of super anti-sulfide well tube steel SM80SS was studied in the CO_2/H_2S environment.The results showed that CO_2 was the major reactant at low PH_2S,the corrosion product film consisted of FeS0.9 and FeCO3 was fine and compact,the average corrosion rate was low.As PH_2S increased,FeS0.9 was changed to FeS,H_2S was the major reactant and the corrosion product film was coarse and loose.when PH_2S increased further,the corrosion product film became fine and compact again,average corrosion ...
