内河航电枢纽工程发电量指标评价研究

摘    要:针对内河航电枢纽工程这一特殊水利工程以及现行发电企业发电量指标绩效评价中存在的问题,本文依据实际入库流量信息及航运要求,建立适用于航电枢纽的发电量评价模型,并将该模型应用于湘江某航电枢纽2010年绩效评价工作中。评价结果表明:该模型能直观、准确地反映出航电枢纽年度发电任务完成情况,对未来其他航电枢纽发电量指标绩效评价有一定的借鉴意义和指导作用。

Abstract:In view of the problems existing in the performance evaluation of the special hydraulic engineering of inland waterway navigation and hydropower project,the paper set up a new power generation evaluation model based on the actual flow information and shipping requirements, and applied it to the performance evaluation work in a particular navigation and hydropower junction of water conservancy project of Xiangjiang River in 2010.The evaluation result shows that the model can directly and accurately reflect the completion situation of annual power generation and offer a good guidance for the performance evaluation work of future power generation in other navigation and hydropower junctions.
