丙烯聚合高效负载型Ziegler-Nata催化剂 Ⅰ.内给电子化合物的作用

摘    要:对丙烯聚合负载型催化剂中内给电子化合物的作用进行了研究,考察内给电子化合物对催化剂形态、钛含量、活性和产物等规度的影响。催化剂的红外结果表明,内给电子化合物与镁原子和钛原子都发生作用。内给电子化合物使催化剂形态规整、颗粒变大。催化剂的钛含量随内给电子化合物的加入而降至一恒定值。同时,内给电子化合物使催化剂活性降低,但提高聚合产物的等规度。另外,发现芳香双酯化合物作为内给电子化合物时同外给电子化合物DPDMS有较好的搭配效果。

Highly Active Ziegler Natta Catalyst for Propylene Polymerization Ⅰ The Effect of Internal Electron Donor
Abstract:or highly active supported Ziegler Natta catalyst for propylene polymerization,the effects of internal electron donor on morphology,titanium content,activity of catalyst and isotacticity of obtained polypropylene were examined.The IR spectrum showed that internal donor could interact with both Mg and Ti atom.The addition of internal donor resulted in regular and larger catalyst particles.With the increase of internal donor in the catalyst,the titanium content leveled off to a constant.Internal donor enhanced the isotactic index of polymer,but decreased the activity of catalyst.Possible reasons were presented.In addition,different internal/external donor pairs were investigated,and it was found that aromatic diester/DPDMS pair showed better results.
