催化蒸馏技术的研究现状及其应用

摘    要:催化蒸馏是20年代80年代迅速发展起来的一种新技术。它具有投资少、低能耗和选择性高等特点。本文对近年来催化蒸馏过程研究现状及其应用进行了综述,介绍了催化蒸馏塔及催化剂,对催化剂床中结构、装填方式、传质和数学模型进行了总结;提出促进这一学科领域发展的几个关键问题,提出研究中的不足及今后的研究方向。

Abstract:Catalytic distillation,a new technology developed rapidly in 1980s,provides lots of advantages such as less investment,lower energy consumption and higher selectivity.In this article,the progress and applications of the catalytic distillation are reviewed.The catalytic distillation column and the catalysts are introduced.The sructure and packed way of catalyst bed,mass transfer and the mathematic models in the column are summarized.Some key problem for development in this traditional discipline are discussed.In addition,the developing tending is proposed and the existing problems are pointed out.
