摘    要:通过分析继电保护故障信息处理系统在保护与子站通信方式、保护信息的完整性、保护信息分类、通信规约和高级应用等方面存在的问题以及常规测试的局限性,提出了基于RTDS(realtimedigitalsimulation)的继电保护故障信息处理系统动模试验方案,通过该方案能很好地测试继电保护故障信息处理系统所提供保护信息的完整性、通信能力和各种高级应用功能。采用该方案在华东电力试验研究所对一些厂商的系统进行了测试,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the insufficiency of existing protective relaying fault information processing system on integrity of protective information, communication mode of master station and sub-stations, protective information classification, communication protocols, advanced applications and the limitation of conventional test, based on real time digital simulation (RTDS) the authors propose a dynamic simulation test scheme for protective relaying fault information processing system. The proposed dynamic simulation test scheme can effectively test the integrity of protective information, communication ability and advanced applications of protective relaying fault information processing system. In East China Electric Power Test & Research Institute the proposed scheme is applied to test the protective relaying fault information processing systems provided by different manufacturers and the tests results are satisfied.
