新型超高性能混凝土的力学性能研究及工程应用

摘    要:采用天然细集料、掺加高达 6 0 %的外掺料 ,在热水养护和高温养护条件下成功地制备出最高抗压强度达2 0 0MPa、抗折强度为 5 0MPa的超高性能混凝土材料 ;同时系统研究了不同养护制度下超高性能混凝土力学性能的发展规律 ,并将其应用于市政工程用的井盖 ;结果表明 ,用这种超高性能混凝土制作的井盖具有轻质、高强、高韧性 ,使用安全方便 ,造价低廉 ,且无回收价值的特点 ,完全可以取代铸铁井盖 ,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益

Abstract:Using the mineral admixtures substitute up to 60% cement by weight to make ultra-high performance concrete.The specimens were cured under two conditions.The compressive strength and flexural strength were measured in different curing conditions.The test results show that the concrete with 60(A+B+C)% total substitution has the best mechanic properties(the compressive strength is up to 200MPa,flexure strength reach 50MPa).The ultra-high performance concrete was used in municipal engineering to make cover plate of well,the test results indicate that the cover plate of well has excellent properties and significantly society and economic efficiency.
