碳四物料加氢后作为裂解原料的可行性研究

摘    要:在实验室考察了某碳四物料饱和加氢后作为裂解原料的可行性。结果表明,在温度60~80℃,压力2.0MPa,氢烯摩尔比2.0~3.0,空速3.0 h-1下,加氢后碳四中烯烃含量(w)小于1%;模拟轻烃裂解炉,裂解乙烯收率达到34%,丙烯收率达到18%。

Abstract:Feasibility study on products from some C4 saturation hydrogenation as cracking feedstock was made in laboratory.The results show that olefin content in C4 hydrogenation products is lower than 1% under the conditions of reaction temperature at 60~80℃,reaction pressure 2.0MPa,mole ratio of hydrogen to olefin at 2.0~3.0,space rate at 3.0h-1.In the simulating light hydrocarbon cracking furnace,ethylene yield reaches 34% and propylene yield does 18% under the reasonable cracking conditions.
