浅谈节能住宅的质量问题和应对策略

针对当前节能住宅建设的实际情况，结合建筑规划设计、建筑材料、建筑施工工艺、政策法规、节能监测等相关知识，从新建的节能住宅和既有节能改造住宅的质量问题出发，提出了相应的应对策略。
