预测中厚板控冷过程组织转变的数学模型

摘    要:建立了预测中厚板控冷过程组织转变的数学模型。并依据此数学模型模拟了Q345B钢板加速冷却过程中的组织转变类型及组织转变量的变化,理论计算结果与金相观测结果吻合得很好。在此基础上,研究了控冷制度对显微组织的影响。

Abstract:A mathematical model predicting the microstructure of plate during controlled cooling was proposed. Based on the developed model, the phase transformation during accelerated cooling of Q345B steel plates was simulated. The theoretical calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental data. The effects of controlled cooling parameters on product microstructure were studied.
