摘    要:针对炮弹炸点光信号的强度与频谱特性,设计了一种基于自适应阈值的炸点时间测量系统.系统将光电传感器和微弱信号检测技术结合起来,先采集背景光的分布,以此为依据独立设置多种判断阈值,使得探测器周围和边缘信号的阈值电平随信号变化自适应地改变;同时采用电路硬件和软件互锁的方法防止误触发,实现了炸点信号的准确捕捉.实验表明该系统在白天或干扰光线比较强的场合都能可靠工作,系统的测量误差不超过0.2 ms.

Abstract:According to the characteristics of ignition and explosion signals, a system for detecting the artillery's explosion time based on self-adaptive threshold is developed. In order to catch the weak signals accurately, we gather the distribution of background light first and setup a series of judgment thresholds, which can fit the intensity distribution in the whole range of the sensor, and we also mutual check the circuits and software to prevent triggering by mistake. The experiments show that this system can work reliably in both daytime and some occasions with strong disturbing light. The measurement error can be limited less than 0.2ms.
