语言与社会文明

语言的本质特征是社会性,它对促进社会文明提高人们的综合素质起着极其重要的作用。但现实生活中语言与文明的结合并不理想。要清扫全民语言中的垃圾,提高全民语言中文明的含量,这是旷古未有的工程,需要全社会合力行动。

Language and Social Civilization

The essence of language lies in its socialness. Language plays an important part in promoting social civilization and raising the comprehensive quality of people. The combination of language and civi] ization in reality, however, is not so perfect. It's a huge unheardof project to clear away the rubbish-like parts mixed with the language shared by the whole people. It requires united action from the whole society.
