低浓度瓦斯发电技术改造研究

摘    要:使用中的DQR20型燃气轮机发电机组的正常运行严重受气源供给的影响,在瓦斯浓度低于30%时则不能利用,造成了极大的资源浪费;同时机组运行状况差,故障多。通过利用500GF1-3RW低浓度瓦斯发电机组进行工艺和管网的技术改造,为建设安全、环保、节能的新兴效益型发电企业提供了依据。

Abstract:The normal operation of DQR20 type combustion turbine generator set on active service is badly affected by the gas supply. The set cannot be used when the supplied gas density is less than 30%, which results in a tremendous waste of gas resource. Besides, operation condition of the generating set is not satisfied and often out of order. The paper conducts innovation to the technique and pipeline of 500GFI-3RW generator set with low-density gas, which provides a basis for the enterprises which intend to generate electricity in safety, environmental protection and energy-saving ways.
