“市井文化”下的旧城改造研究——论厦门市营平第八市场片区街巷系统与街头生活

通过对厦门市营平第八市场片区进行的实地调研，本文从宏观的街巷系统与微观的社会生活两个角度去剖析八市片区，试图展现经过时间的洗礼，片区中存在的各种街巷类型以及在街巷中发生的真实的街头场景，强调在旧城的“市井文化”片区的改造中不仅仅只是着眼于商业利益的提升更要重视存在历史价值的街巷系统以及居民的街头生活的保护，并提出“分阶段改造”对于旧城更新的重要性，最后本文的研究为日后对于八市片区的研究提供基础资料。

The Study on the Conservation of Inner City which under the Influence of Marketplace Culture --Survey Report on the Alley System and Street Life of Yingping 8th Market Area in Xiamen

Through the field research, this paper try to dissect Yingping 8th Market Area in the macro-and micro-systems perspective of the alley system and social life. And this paper attempt to emphasizing not only attach importance to the streets of construction Area but also the life on the streets in the process of the conservation in inner city. In addition to, we put forward the value of the ＇stage-by- stage method＇ in the conservation. Finally, this research also provide basic information for the 8th Market Area studies in future,
