摘    要:电渣重熔是生产高端材料的重要手段之一,其工艺参数对重熔过程及最终产品质量具有重要的影响。本文应用ANSYS软件对电渣重熔生产80 t钢锭体系进行了数值模拟和分析,研究结果表明:电渣重熔过程中工艺参数影响重熔过程,渣池深度和电流等工艺因素对金属熔池具有重要影响。

Abstract:ESR is an important method for producing advanced materials and the operate parameters have important impact on ESR process and the quality of final products. In this paper, ANSYS software has been used for the numerical simulation and analysis of producing 80t ESR ingots. Results show that operate parameters influence the ESR process and operate factors such as the depth of slag pool and current have important influence on molten metal pool.
