高温再热蒸汽管道下沉原因分析及处理

摘    要:某电厂高温再热蒸汽管道在吹管后出现异常下沉,恒力弹簧吊架普遍处于下极限位置。通过分析找出导致管道下沉的主要原因,并针对此提出了新增3组恒力弹簧吊架,更换2组恒力弹簧吊架的处理方案以及高温蒸汽管道下沉的预防建议,方案实施后管道下沉问题得到有效解决。

Abstract:The high temperature reheat steam pipeline of some power plant is abnormally sinking after blowpipe and the con-stant force spring hanger is generally lying in a limit inferior location.Therefore,this paper tries to find out the main reason for sinking on the basis of analysis and proposes disposal measures of newly increasing three groups of constant force spring hangers and changing two groups of constant force spring hangers and related precaution suggestion for preventing sinking of the high temperature reheat steam pipeline.The problem of sinking of the steam pipeline is effectively solved after imple-menting the above disposal measures.
