摘    要:对某冲缸垫故障柴油机进行了有限元分析,发现其主副推力方向变形较大,与采用德国HOMMEL缸筒变形仪测量的缸筒变形结果趋势吻合。重点提出了气缸体顶面刚度不足,可能是导致缸筒上部变形过大,密封面失效,产生冲缸垫故障的原因。在此基础上对缸体设计和水套布置提出了改进意见。改进后,气缸体通过了热冲击耐久性试验的考核。

Abstract:In this paper, the author uses FEA software to build a model of a leak-water diesel engine to calculate and analyze why the cylinder head gasket is wrecked. In the FEA of cylinder-liner, the result shows the main and vice thrust direction have a large deformation, which is identical with the measure result on HOMMEL cylinder deformation instrument .This paper emphasizes that cylinder head is lack of rigidity is the primary cause for the large deformation on cylinder-liner and lose efficacy on the seal surface based on FEA. Meanwhile, this paper also proposes an improvement suggestion on design of cylinder and layout of water jacket. After the modification, this kind of cylinder has passed the heat-impact durability test.
