| 摘 要： | 基于混沌与小波包理论的研究，通过比较混沌方法与小波包方法各自在状态监测领域中的优点，提出了一种将两者结合进行状态监测的混沌小波方法，该方法通过对设备运行过程中已采集到的各关键部件振动信号的历史记录进行信号特征量的实时提取，以及对所得特征量的变化趋势进行比较研究，确定各监测部位的运行状态，进而实现故障定位。结合汽车变速箱中齿轮系统状态监测模拟实例，对该方法进行了验证，结果表明理论得出的数据和实验模拟结果相吻合。

| Abstract: | Based on chaos theory and wavelet packet method and through combining their advantages in the field of fault diagnosis a new method is put foreword,which not only can inspect the running condition,but also can allocate the faults by comparing and abstracting history signals charaeter values of the key parts and observing the trends of their changings the.Taking the running state of gears in automobile gearbox for example,by using the method in diagnosing faults,the method is proved to be effective. |
