怒江水电梯级开发的生态环境累积效应

摘    要:阐述了流域水电梯级开发对生态环境产生的累积效应及其时空表现特征,分析了怒江干流中下游13个梯级电站对怒江的水文径流、水质、水温、泥沙、鱼类和局地气候等方面产生的累积效应.结果表明,怒江流域梯级开发将改变原有河流的生态系统,对流域的生态环境产生重大影响,应以流域的生态环境可承受程度作为临界阈值以控制怒江的生态环境累积效应.

Abstract:Cascaded hydropower development in river basin may cause the cumulative effects on ecology and environment, and the cumulative effects have the characteristics of spatial and time character. On the basis of 13 cascaded hydropower stations located on the middle and lower reaches of Nujiang River, the cumulative effects on runoff, water quality, water temperature, sediments, fish and local climate are analyzed. Results show that the cascaded hydropower development of the Nujiang River basin will change the original river ecosystem and bring important influences to the ecology and environment in rive basin. The cumulative effects of the Nujiang River cascaded hydropower development on ecology and environment should be controlled by the critical thresholds of sustainable degrees of ecology and environment in the basin.
