关于浮顶油罐泡沫灭火设施设计规范之我见

浮顶油罐火灾扑救的主要设施是固定、半固定泡沫灭火系统。在分析我国现行设计规范、标准中灭火系统设计的基础上，提出了修改规范的建议：原油储罐不采用液下喷射泡沫灭火系统，宜将泡沫产生器固定在泡沫堰板上，或把泡沫入口直接深入泡沫舱内。在制定新规范时，应说明悬链和柔性连接供应泡沫的方法也是可以采用的。

OPINION ON DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS OF FOAM FIRE-EXTINGUISHING FACILITIES FOR FLOATING ROOF TANKS

The main facilities to put out the fire in roof tanks are fixed and semifixed foam extinguishing system. Based on the analysis of current domestic design specifications and standards for fire-extinguishing system, suggestions for revising specifications were put forward, i. e, the crude tank should not adopt underliquid spraying fire fireextinguishing system, the foam generator should be fixed on the foam weir plate, or insert the foam inlet into the foam chamber. It should be emphasized in drawing up new specifications that the method of supplying foam by catenary suspension and flexible connection is also adaptable.
