网络性能评估系统研究

摘    要:为了及时了解网络运行状态,准确评估网络性能水平,保障网络应用获得较为理想性能,对网络实时性能监测系统的结构进行了研究;从数据采集、数据管理、数据分析、数据表示4个层次进行了分析,重点介绍了两个关键层次:数据采集层和数据分析层;在数据采集层,实现了基于主动测量与被动测量相结合的网络性能监测方法;在数据分析层,重点介绍延迟、可用带宽两个关键性能参数测量模型,采用相关分析法对监测数据进行分析处理;实验表明本系统达到了实时监测网络性能、分析评估网络性能水平的目的.

Abstract:A network performance monitoring system works in real time.It simplifies the network management and helps to achieve the optimal performance of the network application.The four layers of the performance monitoring system : data collection,data management,data analysis and data display are analyzed respectively.Two of them are introduced in detail: data collection where the network performance monitoring method composed of active and passive measurements is implemented;data analysis where the two important performance parameters measurement models: delay and available bandwidths are studied.The network performance monitoring system based on a data collecting method which combines active and passive measurements.The system adopts a new method for data analysis that integrates the network performance parameters,applications and protocols.As shown in our practice,the system does a good job in network performance monitoring and analysis.
