摘    要:电压稳定性的离线分析不仅计算量大,而且难以适应实际系统运行方式的改变,因而电压稳定性的实时监视和控制逐渐变得重要。基于同步相量技术的广域动态测量系统,可以在时空坐标下监测电力系统动态运行特性,弥补了现有SCADA系统和故障滤波系统的不足,为大电网动态电压稳定监测奠定了基础。较详细的介绍了WAMS的基本理论、系统监测的内容和分析方法、系统设计综述、系统功能模块的具体设计说明。

Abstract:The off-line voltage stability analysis needs a great number of calculation and does not adapt to the changs of system operation mode, so the real-time monitoring and control of voltage stability becomes more important. Based on the synchrophasor technology, Wide-Area Measurement System (WAMS) can supervise the dynamic operation of large-scale power systems, which overcomes the weaknesses of traditional SCADA and digital fault recorders.The static voltage stability analysis basic principles, system monitoring contents,analysis methords, design summary and the detailed design narrating.are given.
