摘    要:选用大分子有机物、醇类、无机盐等十余种物质为备选稳定剂,分别进行单因子的不同浓度实验,考察不同物质对乙酰乳酸脱羧酶热稳定性的影响。在此基础上筛选具备高效保护作用的因子,再通过正交实验设计复合因子实验,选取最佳组合,然后再利用最佳组合在不同溶剂系统中进行了酶的储存实验,在储存实验的四种溶剂系统中,其中一种不论在常温下或者冰箱条件下都显示出很好的保护作用。

Abstract:Organic compounds, alcohols and inorganic salts etc. were selected as stabilizers used at various concentration in single factor experiments. By studying effects of different substances on a -ALDC the most effective protecting substances were screened out. The best combination of these substances was identified by orthogonal experiment. Stability tests of the enzyme in four solvent systems with the presence of the best combination were done and the results show among the four solvent systems, one showed good protection both at room temperature and refrigerated condition.
