| 摘 要： | 通过状态监测,发现真空泵减速机状态劣化趋势,利用MRS2.0网络化设备状态点检管理系统提供的分析工具,进行诊断分析,判断减速机输入端轴承存在故障。解体检修,验证了判断的正确性。更换轴承后,机组恢复正常状态。

| Abstract: | This paper finds the state deterioration trend of the vacuum pump reducer by means of the state monitoring, makes use of the analysis tool offered by MRS2.0, judges the bearing fault with the diagnosis analysis, verifies the diagnosis by disassembly maintenance. After the bearing replacement, the unit returns to the normal condition. |
