小型水库大坝溃坝风险识别研究

小型水库遭破坏的危险主要是溃坝风险,为了给小型水库大坝安全提供资料,对小型水库大坝溃坝历史资料进行统计,分析泰安市岱岳区18座小型水库安全鉴定资料,并利用事件树法分析了小型水库大坝的主要溃坝模式和溃坝路径。结果表明,小型水库主要的溃坝原因是漫顶和坝体施工质量,在3 339座溃坝事故中,漫顶1 737座,占50.2%,由坝体施工质量引起的溃坝1 205座,占34.8%。溃坝模式和溃坝路径的提出,为小型水库大坝溃坝概率的确定以及溃坝风险分析评价奠定基础,并为其除险加固提供依据。

Research on Risk Identification of Dam Break for Small Reservoir

The main risk of small reservoirs is dam break.Here,based on historical data,the security identification data about 18 small reservoirs in Daiyue District of Tai'an are analyzed,and the dam break modes and paths are also analyzed by using the event tree method.The results show that the main causes of dam break of small reservoirs are overtopping and construction quality of the dam.The proposition for dam break modes and paths could provide the basis for determination of dam-break probability and analysis of dam-break risk for small reservoir dams,and could also provide the basis for strengthening for dangerous release.
