杨木APMP及其白水中纤维的形态分析

摘    要:随着白水封闭循环程度的不断提高,白水中纤维和细小纤维的回用必然会对纸机运行和纸页性质产生一定的影响。本文分析研究了杨木APMP及其白水中纤维与细小纤维的形态。结果表明,APMP纤维的平均长度比自水纤维的长,但白水中细小纤维的含量明显比浆料的高,而且细小纤维的平均面积也更大。

Abstract:As the degree of white water closure increases,the fibers and fines in white water will have a certain impact on the operation of paper machine and paper properties.This article analyzed the morphology of fibers and fines in APMP and its white water.The results show that,the average length of fibers in APMP was longer than that in white water,but the fine content in white water was significantly higher than that in APMP,and the average area of fines was also larger.
