| 摘 要： | 依据数字图像处理和神经网络理论提出了对烧结矿烧结终点在线判断的一种图像识别方法。以马钢第二烧结厂为研究背景,通过图像采集系统,从烧结机机尾摄取断面图像并进行处理,取得合理表征烧结终点的特征参数,构造改进的BP神经网络分类器,从而实现在线判断烧结矿烧结终点。

| Abstract: | Put forward an image discriminating method for deducing the BTP of sinter on-line according to the theories of digital image processing and neural network.Based on No.2 Sinter Factory of Magang,the images from the collecting system are processed by computer and a serial of reasonable parameters are obtained,then a classifier is constructed by improved BP neural network.The BTP of sinter is deduced. |
