金卤灯电弧管泡壳成形设备监控系统的研究

摘    要:对金卤灯生产线中电弧管的泡壳成形设备的监控系统进行了研究,提出了以PLC为控制核心、触摸屏为人机交互界面的泡壳成形设备的监控系统,并设计、开发了本监控系统。本文着重介绍了PLC的程序设计、触摸屏与PLC联动程序设计、人机交互界面设计等关键技术。本文开发出的系统控制界面友好、简单直观、便于操作,提高了金卤灯生产线自动化水平以及柔性加工能力。

Abstract:A supervising system in quartz arc tube formed equipment of MHL productline is studied.And the system,which takes PLC as the controlling nucleus,touch screen as human-machine interface(HMI),is designed and developed.The key techniques of this system,the programs of PLC,the programs forcommunication between HMI and PLC,and the interface designing are studied deeply.The controlling interfaces designed in this paper make thesystem friendly watched,easily operated and handled,and they improve theautomation level and flexible manufacture ability of MHL product line.
