摘    要:考察了CaCO3用量对聚丁烯-1热塑性弹性体防水卷材物理力学性能和热氧老化及碱老化后性能的影响。结果表明:随着CaCO3用量的增加,材料的拉伸强度、撕裂强度、定伸应力、断裂伸长率等均呈下降趋势;经过80℃×168h热氧老化后,随着CaCO3用量的增加材料的断裂伸长保持率逐渐下降,拉伸强度保持率逐渐增大,硬度上升;经过10%NaOH168h腐蚀后,随着CaCO3用量的增加,材料断裂伸长保持率先下降后上升,而材料的拉伸强度保持率先上升后基本保持不变;CaCO3的最佳用量为80phr。

Abstract:The effects of CaCO3 content on the physical and mechanical properties,the thermal-oxidative aging property and the alkali aging property of waterproof roll of Poly-1-butene thermoplastic elastomer were studied.The results show that with the increasing of CaCO3 content,the mechanical properties of material,such as tensile strength,tear strength,stress at definite elongation and elongation at break,decrease each and all;after aging at 80℃ for 168 hours,the retention of elongation at break of material decreases,and the retention of tensile strength increases with the increasing of CaCO3 content,and the hardness increases;after immerging in 10% NaOH for 168 hours,the retention of elongation at break decreases first and then increases with the increasing of CaCO3,but the retention of tensile strength increases first and then keep the same level with the increasing of CaCO3 content;the optimal content of CaCO3 is 80phr.
