摘    要:从大连市普兰店盐场盐池底部的淤泥中筛选出一株耐盐菌EC51,研究了分离菌株的形态和生长特性,该菌株为革兰氏阳性杆状菌。以其16S rDNA序列相似性为基础构建系统发育树。结果表明,EC51与Bacillus Pumilus的相似性达到99%。耐盐菌EC51的渗透压补偿溶质(Ec-toine)生成情况实验表明,用含2 mol/L NaCl的肉汤培养基,在30℃条件下培养48 h,诱导生成Ectoine为197.8 mg/L。

Abstract:A halotolerant-EC51 was isolated from the brine sludge of a saltern,Pulandian city of Dalian in China.The morphological and growth characterizations of the isolated strain were studied.Using 16S rDNA,phylogenetic tree was constructed.The cellular system of the strain EC51 is Gram-positive and rod-shaped.A phylogenetic tree was constructed in comparison with the published 16S rDNA sequences of the relative bacteria species.In the phylogenetic tree EC51 is the closest relative to Bacillus Pumilus with 99% sequence similarity.Experiment on the growth condition for the complemental solution of osmotic pressure(Ectoine) with the EC51 strain reveals that the Ectoine synthesized amounts to 197.8 mg/L,with EC51 cultivated for 48 h at 30 ℃ in the bouillon culture-medium including 2 mol/L NaCl.
