| Abstract: | The ultrafine and high -purity a-Al2O3 powders with mean particle size about 10-20nm and purity up to 99. 9% were prepared by the spray pyrolysis method with an high -purity raw material of ammonium alum. The effects of the spray pyrolysis techniques on character of alumina powder were researched in this paper. |
