摘    要:提出了一种使用简单易用的MSComm控件,基于VC++6.0文档视图体系结构建立串口通讯的方法,以及利用此方法开发OMRON C200HE PLC系统监控软件的技术。监控软件通过串口发送控制参数到PLC中,通过PLC控制现场设备,也定时读取串口采集的PLC控制的现场设备信息,进行必要的处理。为了克服串口数据通讯的不稳定性,保证该监控软件长时间稳定运行,还结合工程实践给出了一种可靠的数据采集处理方案及其软件流程。

Abstract:Both the method on how to design serial communication based on document-view frame of VC 6.0 by using convenient MSComm control and the technology on how to develop watch software for OMRON C200HE PLC making use of it,are introduced.Watch software passes parameters to PLC system via control spot equipments and read information of spot equipments controlled with PLC system via serial interface.In order to get over instability of serial communication and assure stability of watch software for long time,a dependable measure for dealing with serial communication data and its flow chart are practically given.
