可再分散乳胶粉在干混砂浆中的作用机理及应用研究

本文介绍了可再分散乳胶粉在干混砂浆中的作用机理,以抗裂砂浆为基础,试验了乳胶粉对干混砂浆压折比、拉伸粘结强度等基本性能的影响,研究表明:在乳胶粉共聚物品种相同的情况下,由于不同生产厂家生产工艺的不同,乳胶粉性能有所差异,对干混砂浆性能有着明显的影响,在选择胶粉时应综合考虑其在相应砂浆中的性能,并阐述了乳胶粉在干混砂浆中的应用。

The Research on the Mechanisms and Applications Of the Redispersible Emulsion Powder Used in the Dry-mixed Mortar

This paper introduces the mechanism of the redispersible emulsion powder used in the dry-mixed Mortar,On the basis of anti-cracking mortar,the basic performance such as ratio of compressive-flexural strength、tensile bond strength was tested,Research shows that: When the copolymer emulsion powder have the same varieties,Due to the different manufacturer production process,properties of emulsion powder are different,and has obvious influence on the performance of dry-mixed mortar,When choosing powder,it should be considered in the comprehensive performance of the corresponding mortar.and briefly discusses its application in dry-mixed mortar.
