含热泵的热电联产型微电网短期最优经济运行

摘    要:微电网作为一种优异的可再生能源接入方式,引起了国内外广泛关注,而如何进一步提升微电网的可再生能源消纳比例已成为热点问题。为此,文中在热电联产型微电网中引入了用于消纳过剩风电并承担部分热负荷的热泵装置,综合考虑了热泵装置的电热特性、储能装置充放电寿命损耗费用、弃风损失、热电联产机组的开机费用和燃料费用等,以调度周期内运行费用最小为目标函数建立了热电联产型微电网短期最优经济运行模型,采用混合变异算子的粒子群优化算法对模型进行求解。算例分析表明,引入热泵装置后达到了减少微电网弃风、减少储能装置反复充放电和节约燃料消耗的目的,为热电联产型微电网短期调度运行提供了参考。

Abstract:Currently, microgrid arouses widespread concern as an excellent renewable energy integration pattern at home and abroad, and how to further improve microgrid renewable energy consumptive proportion becomes a hot issue of industry and academia. Therefore, a heat pump apparatus is introduced to consume redundant wind power and bear part of the heat load in combined heat and power (CHP) microgrid. Considering electric characteristics of the heat pump unit, the life loss costs of charging and discharging of energy storage device, abandoned wind power costs, CHP units boot costs and fuel costs, etc., this paper establishes a short-term economic scheduling model of CHP microgird with the objective function of minimizing operating costs within the scheduling period. A multi-mutation particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the model. A numerical example shows that application of the heat pump unit can reduce the abandoning wind power in the microgrid and reduce repeated charging and discharging of the energy storage device, but can save the fuel consumption and provide a reference for CHP microgird short-term scheduling.
