基于LCC的海上风电场主变压器冗余配置经济性对比与分析

摘    要:海上风电场存在建设投资大、设备故障率高以及运维不便等问题。为寻求建设与运营过程中投资成本与发电可靠性之间的平衡,提出了4种不同的电能传输系统冗余配置方案。以莱州湾某海上风电场工程为例,基于全寿命周期成本(LCC)理论建立了海上升压站主变压器的成本分析模型,并对模型中各组成部分进行分解计算。对比了各冗余配置方案中主变压器的LCC,并对折现率、上网电价以及故障率三个关键影响因素进行灵敏度分析,得出各因素变化区间内的最优冗余配置方案,为海上风电场电能传输系统的冗余配置方案最优选择提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Offshore wind farm faces challenges such as large capital investments in construction, high failure rate and low accessibility for operation and maintenance (O&M) because of the severe climate conditions compared with onshore wind farm. Aiming to achieve balance between cost of investment and reliability of power generation in the process of construction and operation, four types of redundancy configurations of power transmission system for offshore wind farm have been proposed. Based on the theory of life cycle cost (LCC), a modified model according to offshore situation was established and applied to overall economic analysis of the main transformer at the substation in Laizhou Bay offshore wind farm project. The calculation of various stages in main transformers life cycle cost has been studied. Overall economic costs of main transformers under four redundancy configurations were calculated for comparison. The sensitivity analysis has been conducted in regard to the key factors including discount rate, feed-in tariff and failure rate. Then the optimal redundancy configuration considering these key factors will be selected. The analysis provides the theoretical basis for the optimal choice of redundancy scheme offshore wind farm power transmission system.
