| 摘 要： | 以TCD1200D为例,介绍了线阵CCD的一种通用高速数据采集方法,详细介绍了电路组成、数据采集软件实现,以及用19264液晶模块显示CCD信号波形的软件编程方法。结果表明该方法简单实用、适应性强,并最大程度简化了硬件电路设计,已成功应用于包括视频信号在内的多种高频信号的数据采集系统。

| Abstract: | With TCD1200D as example, a general-purpose high-speed data acquisition method of linear array CCD is introduced. The circuit composition, implementation of data acquisition software and the software programming for displaying CCD signal waveform by adopting 19264 liquid crystal module are presented in detail, The result shows that the method is simple, practical and adaptable, and greatly simplifies the design of hardware circuits. It has been used in many data acquisition systems of high frequency signals, including Video signals. |
