500 kV莞城变电站防火墙镜面混凝土模板施工

为了提高外露混凝土的外观质量，500kV莞城变电站的主变压器的防火墙要进行镜面混凝土施工。根据防火墙的几何形状，设计了大面积光面模板几何尺寸，并合理布置模板拼接的压缝木线条，消除了以往拆除模板后会在分缝处留下缺陷的情形。加强了整块混凝土板的立体效果。同时，通过计算巧妙地把紧固用的对拉双头螺柱设计在木线条的压缝内，确保了防火墙体表面的美感。

Mould construction of specular surface concrete for firewall in 500 kV Guancheng Substation

To improve the apparent quality of outer concrete,the firewall for the main transformer of 500 kV Guancheng Substation was constructed with specular surface concrete.According to the geometry of the firewall,the dimensions of large-area smooth mould were designed,and the wooden joint strips for mould jointing rationally disposed,so as to prevent defects at the parting after removing the mould and enhance the cubic effect of the whole concrete slab.Meanwhile,the studs for fastening were placed in the seam of the wooden strips based on computation,which ensured the beautifulness of the firewall.
