基于C868的无刷直流电动机无传感器控制系统

摘    要:介绍了一种基于C868单片机的无刷直流电动机无传感器控制驱动系统。给出了利用C868单片机的捕捉/比较单元CAPCOM6E实现对直流无刷电动机的PWM控制方案。利用无刷直流电动机定子开路绕组的反电动势,计算转子的位置,滤波算法加强系统的稳定性,省去专门的转子位置检测电路。采用集成功率模块减小系统规模并提高可靠性。

Abstract:A novel brushless DC motor control system based on C868 without position sensors was presented.The brushless DC motor sensorless control solution with the onchip capture/compare unit CAPCOM6E was given.According to the open circuit stator winding back EMF crossing zero,the rotor position was calculated with filtering algorithms,while the position sensors were no longer needed.The power module CPV362M4F was used to improve the system reliability while restricting the system size.
